Created by a local artist, Tracy Skibitzki Pesche, nicknamed Trā by her family and friends, is the artist behind Trā Art. Born in 1981, she grew up in the resort town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
She works with bright, vibrant colors with the fish having 3D effects by the blue dots that come out of the fish.
