Refund Policy

We hope that you will love and enjoy the purchases that you make. However, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns of bath and body items. For questions or concerns, please contact us at 262-248-6988 or web@cornerstoneshoppe.com. When making a return, please package the item carefully, include a copy of your original invoice, and ship it to us at the address below. Refunds for returned items will be issued via the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded and customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Please note all holiday merchandise returned with a receipt before December 11th will gladly be refunded in full. No holiday merchandise may be returned after December 11th.

All non-holiday/Christmas gifts may be returned with a receipt before January 17th for a full refund.
