The Cornerstone Shop & Gallery is proud to support a variety of community and charitable organizations and events throughout the year.

If you would like to request a donation, please complete the form below at least 3 weeks in advance of the event date. We review every application, but due to the volume of requests we receive, unfortunately we cannot support every cause. If you do not hear back from us within 10 days, your request has been declined, but you may submit another application next year.

If your application is approved, we will contact you to finalize arrangements.
